Show Cancellation: Should actions prevent the show from being held as scheduled, the Alliance/MWFOA will not be liable. In case of show cancellation, fees (less pro-rated expenses incurred) will be returned to exhibitors. Cancellation fee of $500 will be charged to vendor.
Booth Construction: The construction and operation of all exhibits will be consistent with standards of height, signage, noise level, etc. as those found in customary food tradeshows.
Housekeeping: Exhibitor’s booth space must be in clean condition upon completion of the show. In addition, each exhibitor must remove all large boxes or crates. Clean up costs will be forwarded to violators.
Liability: The exhibitor agrees that the 7-Eleven MWFOA/Alliance of 7-Eleven Franchisees and its Show Management assumes no liability for any loss, damage, or liability for any injury to any person resulting from any act or omissions occurring during or in transit to or from the show. Exhibitor assumes complete responsibility and liability for all loss, damage, or destruction of the show site by the exhibitor or any person brought to the property on his/her behalf. The exhibitor assumes all responsibilities and liability for injury to any person or property connected with the exhibitor’s display caused by the exhibitor, his representative, agent or employee.
Insurance: All reasonable precautions will be taken by 7-Eleven MWFOA/Alliance of 7-Eleven Franchisees and its Show Management to safeguard/protect the property of exhibitors at the show. The exhibitor shall indemnify and hold harmless to 7-Eleven MWFOA/Alliance of 7-Eleven Franchisees and its representatives for all liabilities including loss or damage to personal property, ensuing from any cause, including accidents or injuries to attendees, exhibitors, their agents or employees.
Conduct: Legal and ethical conduct is expected of the exhibitor. Displays and signage are subject to approval of Show Management.
