The Midwest Franchise Owners Association represents Chicago-area 7-Eleven storeowners and are dedicated to helping franchisees manage their stores effectively and profitably. To do this, the Midwest FOA work with product and service vendors to tell franchisees about the newest items being offered at 7-Eleven, promotions that will increase sales and store traffic and ways to merchandise both new and existing products and services for maximum sales.

We’re at it again! For 2024, the Midwest FOA have teamed up to offer 7-Eleven vendors some exciting opportunities to build sales by networking with franchisees in Chicago, Northwest Indiana, Wisconsin and Iowa.

And, don’t forget this is a SELLING SHOW so don’t hesitate to bring your ONE-DAY ONLY specials for franchisees to take advantage of that day. Space is limited as to the number of booths available, therefore, if you are interested in participating, please take a moment to fill out and press SUBMIT!

Show Cancellation: Should actions prevent the show from being held as scheduled, the MWFOA will not be liable. In case of show cancellation, fees (less pro-rated expenses incurred) will be returned to exhibitors. Cancellation fee of $500 will be charged to vendor.

Booth Construction: The construction and operation of all exhibits will be consistent with standards of height, signage, noise level, etc. as those found in customary food trade shows.

Housekeeping: Exhibitor’s booth space must be in clean condition upon completion of the show. In addition, each exhibitor must remove all large boxes or crates. Clean up costs will be forwarded to violators.

Liability: The exhibitor agrees that the 7-Eleven MWFOA Franchisees and its Show Management assumes no liability for any loss, damage, or liability for any injury to any person resulting from any act or omissions occurring during or in transit to or from the show. Exhibitor assumes complete responsibility and liability for all loss, damage, or destruction of the show site by the exhibitor or any person brought to the property on his/her behalf. The exhibitor assumes all responsibilities and liability for injury to any person or property connected with the exhibitor’s display caused by the exhibitor, his representative, agent or employee.

Insurance: All reasonable precautions will be taken by 7-Eleven MWFOA Franchisees and its Show Management to safeguard/protect the property of exhibitors at the show. The exhibitor shall indemnify and hold harmless to 7-Eleven MWFOA and its representatives for all liabilities including loss or damage to personal property, ensuing from any cause, including accidents or injuries to attendees, exhibitors, their agents or employees.

Conduct: Legal and ethical conduct is expected of the exhibitor. Displays and signage are subject to approval of Show Management.
